What are Session Messages & Template Messages in WhatsApp?

Session Messages are the messages sent within 24 hours of last user message and are free as of now.

Template messages are the messages sent outside the 24 hour window, which are charged and payable directly to Facebook. We do not mark-up Template Message fees. You can check Template message fees here. 

Will I immediately get WhatsApp Green Tick?

The account should belong to Tier-2 of of messages to qualify for Green Tick. Visit here to know more.

Is the WhatsApp API fees included?

Yes. Our plan includes the WhatsApp API fees. Please note, the API pricing is under Facebook Inc.’s jurisdiction and we have no control over it.
